Aramark Student Nutrition provides food and nutrition services to over 350 school districts in the U.S. It offers public and private education institutions a variety of dining options including breakfast and lunch programs, after-school snacks, catering, nutrition education and retail operations. As the Operations Finance Manager you will support the objectives of the accounting department while assisting operating departments with forecasting, budget, labor and inventory controls, analysis, auditing as well as operational responsibilities for the units you are supporting.

Job Responsibilities

Including but not limited to:

• Review weekly meals report against POS system.
• Accurate billing to client and submitted timely.
• Monthly review of all vendor statements for any unaccounted-for AP invoice
• Review Meal trends, Hourly labor Schedule, support local team on reviewing Food Cost Per Meal. Make recommendation of areas of improvement
• Identifying and correcting internal control weaknesses at service-level operations.
• Assisting location management and corporate accounting department in monthly, quarterly and annual financial reconciliation and analysis, particularly during the month-end close process
• consolidation and analysis of weekly, monthly and annual reporting and projection process.
• Monthly Forecast adjustments; aligning with expectation.
• Ad Hoc Request and research from RDM and RFD

Qualifications

Technical Knowledge and key attributes:

• 3 – 5 years’ experience in service industry combined with a system driven approach to credit control
• Have very good knowledge of Excel 
• Have experience of working with Oracle System 
• Possess relevant or related financial qualification 
• Have good interpersonal and communication skills
• Are self-motivated
• Have excellent phone manner
• Bachelors Degree
